What type of crab?

In Nfld there are snow crab. Deeper water, far off shore, trap is a cone with the top open, bait in the bottom.

Lobster is a house with two rooms.

Lobsters were stocked on the west coast. They did not take however.

In the summer on vacation I use a small crab trap out of a kayak and catch 1-4 a day.

On the west coast one should only use old chicken parts. Put and fish in and the seals rip the trap apart.
