Anyone load 20 ga steel?

I was in Wholesale[misnomer] Sports yesterday and priced a box of 20 ga #4 steel at nearly $20--same box in US for $9!Needless to say I was not a buyer!

I know it is possible to load 20 ga steel and wondered if someone is doing this and can advise on equipment and procedure and what it costs to load a box of steel.
