Default Snowflake narrowly escapes death at the Burger King

A little levity on a snowy day.

The only thing worse than the waste of skin who initiated the law suit is the slime ball "lawyer" that took it on

It's the Excited States. Kids learn how to bring a lawsuit in grade 3.

That would be funny if it was not a setup.

Down there law suits are so easy and awards can be in the millions for as little as a scratch, there are people who try to use the courts to further their agenda and they often succeed.

One has to ask, why would he even suspect his burger was cooked on the same grill as real meat products? Could he see the grill from the drive in lane?

Or could he taste it?

The answer to both is an obvious no. If he could see the grill from where he was he wouldn't have accepted the burger and he wouldn't have a case.

He wouldn't have tasted it because it is meant to taste like a real burger.

Therefor he had to have had previous knowledge of what he would get so it was obviously a setup.

A group of Priests in Wetaskiwin tried the same stunt when strippers were first allowed in the bars.
They lodged a complain but were told they had no case if they had not seen the strippers themselves so they walked into the bar, turned around and left and then launched a new complaint claiming that a kid might wonder in and be traumatized.

The case was thrown out at the first hearing.

Easiest solution would be to ban the sale of these so meatless burgers. Problem solved. If the tree huggers want their plants they should not try to make it look like they are eating meat.

The only way I think that lawsuit should have ever even been filed was if the man was actually allergic to real meat but in that case he should have been much more careful about ordering from a burger joint that pays minimum wage.

I think that if the plaintiff wins the lawsuit, his award should be a trip to Pamplona next summer for the "Running of the Bulls". Set him up with extra-slippery "vegan" polyurethane sneakers and skinny jeans. If all goes well, he'll get a real feel for the damage that beef can do to a human.

It would be easy to starve these vegan meatheads out! If the food industry stopped catering to the numbnuts it wouldn’t take long. I try to NOT support places that serve meatless burgers or vegan. I d have to sue them if I got a meatless burger in my meat burger order or if I seen them cooking my meat burger along side a meatless burger!

Ever hear about the fat bear that eat a normal diet and the skinny bear that eat nothing but fishermen?

Seems the fisherman were full of nothing but hot air.

I bet you'll starve to dead eating vegetablearians. Just sayin.

Vegan Hippies looking to litigate - so they could continue the lazy life.

Why are these vegans even going into Burger King? They have their own fancy little juice cafes and pretty little wrap places.

There should be a sign on the door - NO Hippies, Vegans or Trudeau's

Another nutjob is suing Popeye's because they ran out of a special chicken sandwich that was supposed to be available until the end of the month, they ran out after only two weeks.

A Tennessee man who is suing Popeyes for running out of its infamous chicken sandwich has had his case moved to trial.
Craig Barr is seeking $5,000 in damages from the fast food chain, in part for his time wasted trying to find the coveted sandwich
Barr claimed Popeyes engaged in false advertising and deceptive business practices.

The sad part is he is predicted to win his $5000 case due to the bait and switch law
