My neighbour has one and is wondering if it can legally be sold right now? He is unsure due to all the changes the government has made. It is the previously non restricted Canadian version. Thanks!
It’s completely illegal to sell now. However, it was completely LEGAL to sell right before they decided to arbitrarily make your neighbour a potential criminal.
It’s really unfortunate he didn’t decide to sell it to you BEFORE it became what they consider an essentially prohibited weapon.
They are very fun rifles. Very unfortunate that they are on the ban list.
