A few guys have been trying to swap out and while we did a few earlier, we simply cannot do this anymore. We are barely keeping up as it is and it is next to impossible for us to call the CFC and cancel an application. We cannot do a cancelation online. Also, if the legislation becomes law, we would then be stuck with a handgun we cannot sell to another client.
