Default Building permit

Hey does anyone know how big of an out building I can build with out any permits needed???

It depends on the land-use bylaws for your municipality. Some are 100 square feet, some are 10 square meters, others may be more and some have height restrictions as well. Check the bylaws

If you're on a farm you can go much bigger than that. PM me if you like. I'm a contract administrator for an architectural firm and work on permit applications daily. Headed out for holidays today for 10 days, but will help you as best I can either before or when I get back.

depends on how high the trees are and how far away from the road you plan on building

The building will be on 80 acres, no trees around really and it would be approx 100m from any road

I thought that you were initially speaking of putting something on a trapline, being as this is not the case, you might get more help on the general forum, where there are many more readers. If you like...
