Smile Greatest Canadian Prime Ministers that we never had.

I've thought about this for a long time and wonder if others have too. We could sure use better leadership now in Ottawa and in the Provinces. I was wondering if any one else has a list of people that we wish had of been the PM.

My list;

1. Peter Lougheed
2. Don Mazankowski
3. Talbot Papineau
4. Tommy Douglas
5. Stanley Knowles

Who do you have on your list?

Definitely not Mike Holmes now.

How about Don Cherry.

Lougheed would have been a good PM.

Can’t think of a great business leader who also met the moral test. But there should be a great business leader out there.

Brad Wall would be my choice, he took Saskatchewan from being a have not province under the NDP to being a have province, under the Saskatchewan party. And he is not from Quebec, and is not a socialist.

A couple of condoms could have saved us from both Trudeau's.

Personally I think I would have been a great PM. Mind you it would have been a benevolent dictatorship, but that’s only because I know the Libs couldn’t run a koolaid stand.

My second choice after me would be early Ralph Klein

Preston Manning
Brad Wall
Major General Lewis Mackenzie
New Brunswick years ago had a premier by the name of Frank Mckenna . Yes he was liberal party but he really wasn't.

An ideal leader will be a successful family man. Example not someone divorced a bunch of times because of affairs, etc.
Someone who has created and ran a successful business
Someone who has served in military in combat.

Hard to get someone with all three.

I really really like our Danielle Smith. Course anyone I really like is probably unelectable outside of Alberta

American examples are Donald Rumsfeld and Lee Iaccoca. Its just sad that we end up with truedope, bidden, trump because I'm guessing there are just more bad people who vote than good. Or most people who vote just don't pay attention???

I loved Ralph. Especially before he quit drinking.
Their was a lot of other people I could have listed as Prime Minister but I'm thinking that like Ralph they would not be electable outside of Alberta. That's why I listed the people that I did.

Elder minister? How old do you think I am?

Make me Governor General. All the perks and no responsibility. 😁

First act, all liberal firearms legislation rescinded. Second act, no current or former liberal/ndp MP or Minister can possess firearms, and their bodyguards must not carry firearms, and that includes police or military personnel.

No responsibility??!?!?!? The governor general should be communicating to our head of state, the king, that his appointed PM is a failure; and should be removed forthwith.

But yeah, you are right. 😞
