Default Tigers back!

After a 69 yesterday and a hot start today who else is excited to see what could be the resurgence of one of the greatest golfers of all time?

Hope he can make a real comeback this time.

I guess the days of expecting an athlete to display some character if he wants our money and adulation are long past. I don't wish him ill, but I'll never cheer for him.

He was caught spitting once in his PGA career and t wasn't near the hole. It was Sergio who spat in the cup.

Default not a fan anymore

Now that he's back i can't let my kids watch him. He swore more yesterday then I've seen anyone swear over the past 3 years (in his absence). Yes he was the best of his generation, but I really enjoyed it without him the past few years, lots of guys with class out there. I do enjoy watching it with him but now i definitely cheer for the other guys, it's time for some new blood, tiger just looks like a poor sport out there. I feel embarrassed for him at times. But hey, he's not writing about me on a blog somewhere...

Nobody golfed like tiger in his prime. Would love to see him tear it up.

The was and then he crash landed in a huge pile of loosers, still is.

His back will go out, he will take too many meds, mix a little this and a little that, crash a car....a pile of excuses...one after another.

Excuses for what? Poor play? He's had like 6+ different surgeries over the past 8 or so years. I think those excuses are pretty valid as to why he fell from being the best golfer in the world.

Will he come back and dominate like he did? Probably not. But golf wasn't the same since his collapse. I'd like to see him come back and make it back to the top 10 and be in the running for a couple tournaments.

And the booze, drugs, pain killers, affairs etc etc just the tip off the iceberg that we know about of because he was caught.

mickelson had extreme gambling issues, also cheated on his wife, and was in the midst of a massive insider trading scandal. But hes a golf legend. Dustin Johnson, had an affair with another PGA members wife, had a problem hard drugs and alcohol addiction but now he's a fan favourite. If tiger was of different ethnicity the whole situation would have been portrayed differently through media & society.

You're right and there's probably a few more of we don't know of every sport has them, but tiger is the most famous athlete in the world I he does a lot of charity work and all that other stuff ,but I still don't think he's a good role model in my opinion.

Definitely not a good role model but yeah like I said, tiger messed up, the media ate him alive when others in similar situations got a get out of jail free card.
With that being said, I am a believer in second chances and would like to see him succeed again.

Big John has his issues for sure , but you didn't see him hiding behind the fence post and trying to blame everyone for his problems . Big John called a spade a spade , dealt with some of his issue and become a better man for it .
Here in lies the problem with Tiger , when he was whoring around , he hide behind his caddy + press agent and wouldn't step up to the plate . Every time he gets caught and it will happen again its always someone else fault .
Tiger has a ego bigger than New York . Is he a great golfer , yes . Is he a role model for your kids NO .
FORE !!!!

X2. I rarely follow golf anymore sense he fell off the charts. Be nice to see him succeed and tie Jacks PGA championship record!

Default A 69 and a hot start this morning you say!!!!

Look, I am a pretty open minded guy, but why do you want to discuss Tiger's Sex Life????

There's lots more interesting sex scandals going on right this minute!!!!
