Default Does anywhere have RL26 available?

I'm getting a rifle in 6.5 CM and .300 WBY next week, and have seen people get good results with RL26 for both cartridges.

1 powder for both sizes sure would simplify things.

I've been looking for a few weeks, and no luck finding any.
Is there ANYWHERE in Canada that has it in stock?

Thanks!

I would check the Neerlandia Co-op. That’s where I bought mine last fall. It’s the only powder I have found that I can get over 3200fps without pressure signs in my 270wsm.

I was there last weekend and they were out. They might have gotten some in though.

Shoot, thats too bad. Lots of websites have it, but out of stock everywhere.

Seems really weird.
Is it something that Cabelas or Canadian Tire would carry without listing it on their website?

I could be wrong but I don’t think Cabelas carries Alliant powder.

I second that... They had a healthy supply of RL powders, when I was there 4-5 days ago.

I'll pick up that 8lb s of RL-26 If I can sell 6lbs of it.
If interested, give me a call as I'm going up there tomorrow.

Out of all the local gun shops Neerlandia Co-op is the best and Brent is great to deal with.

Just called The Shooting Edge and Calgary Shooting Centre, no dice.

8lbs at Neerlandia Co-op is a bit much, and a bit far for me.

I'll call Trapper Gord tomorrow.

Thanks for all the tips! I was really just expecting a bunch of one word replies "No" when I started this thread.

They gotta remeber to lock up the handgun case..... and then remember to take the keys out of the lock! One of the friendliest communities in Canada. I had Albert send me to his house and into his garage to get tree climbing pegs one time because they were sold out in the store!!! Now that is what I would consider going way above and beyond. Great people for sure.

Try Rain R Shine in Saskatchewan. Don't know if I spelled it right but he often has rarities.

Wasn't sure if they had RL26 or not, but they sure had a wide variety. It has been about a week though since we was there last.

Bashaw Sports just received a powder shipment, including R-17, and I believe R-26.
