I want to try fly fishing for walleye in the White mud creek in Edmonton tonight. Any ideas or tips?

Any smaller streamer 1-3". Double bunnys are fun, but clousers and buggers will work too. Black and purple are good colors, and make sure you fish it slow and close to the bottom, you don't need any sinktips for whitemud creek since its so shallow.
