Not sure about the brass but Jet Bullets sells .40 cal cast bullets.

Not sure what op is looking for I found Bertram bullet co. in Australia makes all kinds of exotic brass including 40-82 according to their Facebook page they are looking for a Canadian importer if any AO sponsors are interested

At this time I found bullet at the bullet barn and rusty wood trading.

Website for bullet barn are outdated for brass. I called him and nothing.

no brass for:
rusty wood trading
x-reload
rayner shine gunworks
prophit river
