And when he bent over to peek in, two bullies pushed him in.

You still have 2 months and 28 days to pick out a scope and rings. SNS2/TC are just helping you with baby steps. This journey isn’t over.

I would assume those two gentlemen are in your debt forever for their generosity. The way they set everything aside and selflessly gave up their time to help you take those first steps. 😂

Since Bob is going to hit the ground running with the firearm lifestyle, I assume you guys helped him pick out a new loading press too.

All joking aside Bob, get your restricted PAL even if you think you won’t use it. The time and cost now is so much easier than changing classifications later.

If he’s loading, he may as well have a few calibers…………

I don't have particularly expensive gear, but the last time I went deer hunting I realized I was packing just over $7k in rifle, scope, binos and rangefinder. Fancier gear could easily push that another 4-5 K. Be vewwy vewwy careful, Bob, the wabbit hole is deep...and wide!

That’s the most likely long term plan for the rifle. When he outgrows the cutdown stock my plan was to put a wildcat on it.

Booooooom!

Everyone must like me cuz they look at me often!

Range friends are lifelong!

What a sweet looking rig. Beautiful wood.

And you have every right to be upset. They knew you wouldn't be able to resist. You better give some time outs or you'll have a scope in no time.

Get your restricted. You need a Python in your life.

Don't tell TC I said this since he thinks he's the only one allowed to talk about Pythons.

Leupold VX3 HD 3.5-10 x 40. Gloss finish if I can find one. That rifle needs a Gold Ring.

Gorgeous rifle. If he’s putting a 1” tube on top, I might have some rings for free if I didn’t sell them. I’ll have to look in the moving boxes.

Found them!
Look brand new but I did mount a scope once for a short while.
Sportsmatch CZ dovetail that I ordered directly from Sportsmatch UK
I had these for sale on CGN for months and couldn’t sell them. Amazing rings though.
https://www.sportsmatch-uk.com/1-dia...e-arrestor-pin

I will be close to Water Valley on Monday if that’s where you are. I grew up close to there and will be picking up some dog stuff from family (refer to thread on finding a first dog... picking one up Monday/Tuesday!!!)
PM sent with my cell

Edit: in case anyone asks, the reason I’m not using them is I sold my Brno - which was the only gun I had that fit these
