Default Lease land info

Just have a question hoping someone can clarify for me?

If there are no leaseholder conditions or specific conditions listed, can they say they only allow a certain number of hunters a day if it's not specified? or deny me access without cause?

thanks guys

Nope, tell them to ****** off,

but really its crown land, you're just notifying them you'll be using the crown land. If they don't like it call the local lands officer & you'll have your access after the lands officer talks to the individual.

If there isn’t a condition saying only X amount of hunters can be there, then notify them that you will be accessing the lease.

If they deny you access, politely ask why, say thank you, hang up and call the local settlement officer.

That might mean there's going to be 5000 other hunters alongside you. I've had it happen.

Sometimes when permission is easy for one Its easy for all.

Default lease land

It can depend on the area of the land. A lease holder can limit the amount of hunters on a lease land for safety reasons. I hunt on lease land and that is 200 yards by 800 yards and can accommodate 2 hunters safely if they know where each other are. I would hate to see someone walk in and start shooting when they don't know how many hunters there are where they are. I request the day beforehand and he pencils me in, If someone is already booked for that day then I go somewhere else. I would prefer to know that I'm the only one or another hunter is there. I've had hunters walk in when I'm my ground blind and ruin my day.
