Default Remmington managed recoil ammunition

My granddaughter wants to start hunting with me.
Before buying a new rifle for her I was hoping to try the managed recoil 270 ammo and was wondering if anyone knows where to get it in alberta? I looked online and it appears to no longer be availible on a couple of sites.
Any ideas?
Thanks

The rifle will likely not fit her to begin with. Don’t be doing her a dis service by saddling her with bad habits, that’ll ruin the whole experience for her.....

Time for a youth model 7-08 me thinks.

If the LOP is too long, it will not be comfortable for her , even with reduced recoil ammunition.

Default Rifle size

She's actually the same size as I am . Maybe a bit taller so the stock fits her perfectly.

Default managed recoil ammo

Try Martin at Swamp Donkey. He can get hard to find ammo and his service and prices are excellent. Hornady also makes a line branded "custom lite"

Try Bashaw Sports or Prophet River.

Do you know any one who reloads? Pretty simple to load up a few reduced recoil loads if factory fodder can't be found

When my kids first started hunting we used a 30-06 with those managed recoil shells. They worked very well. If you want next time I go to corlanes I'll see if they got some?

Bass Pro used to stock it.

Look into the Hornady Custom light ammo as well.
