Do you actually have any idea how much roundup is sprayed in all of rural Alberta on a yearly basis?
And now tree planters need chemical suits or they're going to die after a single application? haha

Glyphosate persists in the environment? How so?
Not that I am a fan of chemicals (herbicides, pesticides), they are somewhat of a necessary evil.

Let's see this study. Post it up!!!
All that after a single application of roundup...funny stuff

That certainly is a very relaxed attitude towards glyphosate, a known carcinogen.

The agricultural use, especially as a desiccant, baffles my mind.

I have a pesticide applicator certificate. I have access to all of the controlled products because of my training. A farmer can buy all of the same products without any training. Bizarre

I know around here before they spray they announce it in the newspapers and open it up for objection by interested parties.
If hunters and sportsmen are concerned someone should raise a public formal objection and let it run it's course.
I think they just continue doing it because nobody ever responds with any objections.
Could be time to organize something but that's just socialist thinking.
So I guess we will just let them do what they want so we can enjoy our cancer and forest fires.
