Thumbs up N.s.r report, 20,03,2012

N.s.r was slow today, caught one first cast took another hour to catch another, water is very low and very clear, no floating ice burgs yet.










plenty of these guys around.

Nicely done!

Great to see some boatman, or backswimmers hard to tell but makes me want to get the fly rod out for some big trout

Was out @ hermitage today caught two pike, then tried beverly bridge and no bites there but did see two bald eagles take down a canada goose in flight for super, then moved to legends golf course and no bites there either, the river is very clear and very low right now.

I've been out to hermitage twice in the last week and caught nothing on my own hook. I did however snag someone else's twin rig with 2 burbot on it unfortunately one was already dead. I really gotta figure out what I'm doing wrong.
