Question Sight pins

im looking to finally upgrade my sights pretty quick here. i found these spot-hoggs on cabelas, and like what isee on the reviews. trouble is, they come in 0.19" and 0.29" pins. is there really that big of a difference between the two? im kind of leaning toward the 0.19' on the assumption of smaller pins=more precise shooting, but i dont know, you tell me. i plan on using them for hunting, not 3d. which would you recomend and why?

I'd personally go with 0.19. That's what i have on my sight and like it a lot more then my old one which was .29.

It's all personal preference and if you have a chance try a couple of sights that have 0.19 and 0.29, see what you like more!

Good luck and good choice on the spott hog, they make wicked sights!

I am currently shooting TruGlo's micro lite 5 pin sight and it has one 0.29 pin, two 0.19 pins and two 0.10 pins. I shoot both 3D and hunting with the same sight and it definitely makes a difference down range with the smaller pins. JMO, but give them a try and see the difference for yourself. Happy shooting!!
