Default Hasse

Me and my son were out shooting gophers and stopped by Hasse lake does anybody know if it has been restocked and also around the pier there we,re thousands of these little minnow looking fish does anybody know what they are.

Most likely brook sticklebacks. When all the fish and minnow species die off, sticklebacks will usually survive. Very hardy minnow specie.

X2 on them probably being sticklebacks. Not the first time sticklebacks have taken over Hassie.

Its so gross there these days with half the Seagull population in Alberta nesting on that giant island of bird poop, its not really all that nice to boat or fish. Would not let my kid within a mile of the water.
