Default Rejuvenating Flies

So from my last fly trip I left my flies in my chest pack, and with moving and fall I totally forgot about them, until last weekend. My heart dropped. All my good flies are as flat as a pancake. Any ideas on getting them back to shape? Any help and suggestions are appreciated in advance!

Use your forceps or needle nose pliers to hold the flies, one at a time, over a steaming kettle.

One at a time, jeebus, throw all of them in a colander over steam. Done.
