Alberta government to legilize internet gambling
Guess we now know just how deep in debt we have become under the NDP.

It's kinda like legalizing cannabis. People have been doing it anyway for decades.
Like most of the people I know who smoke weed, they tried out the legal weed stores just for kicks but they all went back to their regular supplier due to price.
Unless the government offers better odds than the existing online gambling sites, I doubt they'll rake in the cash.

Now that's a scary sight, Live cam MLA's
Gambling is a golden goose for gov income that hasn't been vilified like the oilsands. Not surprised to hear they will expand the golden egg.

The gov't figured out it will be easier to get people addicted if they don't have to be in public. Closet addicts are the most profitable.

What disgusts me to no end, is our government benefiting from other people’s pain and suffering, it’s sickening!
Like really, is this what we need, given the current state of our economy?
Profiting from others addictions is no different than being a damn drug dealer!
Then they sit there with their bs news conferences acting like gods gift, when in actuality they are some of the most evil, deceitful, vile, excuses of humanity in society today!

The pension harvest continues, the older generation is the most affected nothing but wall to wall grey hair in every casino now they won't have to take the shuttle.
The grand opening of the casino in Lloyd was Dec. 21 the same day the CPP and old age checks came out coincidence? I think not
