Christmas dinner in Airdrie tonight. I am bringing the Potato and Parsnip Dauphinoise.
Turkey was prepped and cooked in Fort Mac and is enroute for 6pm. Dessert prepped and cooked in Edson and enroute for 7pm. Salad prepped in Springbank and tossed on the drive out.

My sister is returning from India today and she said we (me and my parents) must go to one of the best Indian restaurant in the town. I am not so much of a spicy person so I think I would have a Tandoori Chicken and I also heard that Masala Chai is very nice beverage so that's that.

Home made beef cheese burger with fries and mayonnaise! All by myself: mincing meat, seasoning, pickles, salad, tomatoes, cheese (unfortunately not made by me ), glazed onion and fries! And that mayonnaise will be also home made! I can't wait!
