Default Bulk sliced/Whole Cured Meats where to buy?

Going to need a few pallets of cold meats for a wedding reception, late snacks, around 200 people. Anyone know if it would be better to buy the meat just cured, not sliced, and slice it myself? Where to buy the meat from in SA? Any wholesaler's around?
I have a slicer I can borrow. Already priced out Costco's Meats, seems reasonable but wondering if I can do better.
Any help, info, experience would be greatly appreciated.

Have you spoken to a local butcher? I am sure they would be willing to give you a competitive price.

Alberta Cheese off Fogden road in calgary. They have a storefront and their cheese and meat prices are cheaper than any grocery/specialty store.

Auction Depot has a banner in the buy/sell forum. Their auction runs wednesday afternoon. Cory might be able to tell you what they currently have. In the past, I have seen just what you're looking for. I think that you can also put it an absentee bid.

I'm going to try a few local places in Lethbridge today. I would rather support the small shops if possible.
