Default Stolen Vehicle had guns and ammo

Just an update. In the stolen truck and toy hauler was our Yamaha 2011 Side X Side. There was all of my hunting equipment, guns and ammunition. The guns were a Tikka T3 lite 30-06 SPRG with a stainless steel barrel Ser #L90536. The shot gun was a Remington 12 gauge pump. The was several rounds of shotgun shells and 30-06 shells.
In my hunting box was miscellaneous hunting paraphernalia including a new last year Vortex range finder binoculars.

If you spot anything on a used website contact the Airdrie RCMP.

Hi John,
Didn't realize you already posted here. I just took Steven's post from HuntingBC and posted it here. I'll delete them.

Yes we got this horrible news a couple days ago. I can't imagine what the owner is going through. Laws have to change on thefts to deter them. Its a joke currently on consequences. I have spread the word here and will keep our eyes peeled.

Default Stolen

A quick update:
The side-by-side was retrieved with no key, so a visit to have that repaired was the only apparent damage.
The toyhauler trailer was recovered with minimal damage.
The guns, ammo and camo hunting gear are still missing.
The truck is still MIA.
A full description of the truck can be found on Calgary Craigslist under Auto Parts.
Be sure to check your insurance policy to ensure they provide the lube or you will take it dry!!!

John

Default Stolen Vehicle

Posted on my Facebook page:

"My neighbour called. He saw an suv drive into his place on his camera. I raced over and then waited near by. That truck showed up and stopped there and I suspect picked someone up. I think they planned on hitting his place. It had a horse trailer on it. This is near Spruce View
I may have scared them away. I followed the truck to try and get a license plate but couldn’t get one.

The horse trailer had no plates either. I’ll keep an eye out for it in this area. Take care and good luck."

Please keep your eyes open for the truck.

If it is spotted, please call the local RCMP immediately.
