Lots of satisfied customers who have never had a problem too. Like myself. They have worked on four of my rifles, and I have always been pleased with the quality of service and price, as well as reasonable turnaround. Doesn't mean some haven't had problems, but you seem to want to paint them black every opportunity you can for some reason.
