Default 3 More weeks

I was promised an update from Ruger service in 2-3 weeks. It has been 3 weeks and nothing.

Wow, what a run around, just goes to show you some places work, for, the customer and some places float, all depends on the quality of the staff, which make or break a company.
When you email Ruger are you just contacting the Help desk if so reach out and beyond to the managers etc, face book splatter your issues etc...different situation, wife HAD a KIA and well a fight broke out over warranty work...I opened up a Facebook account...and well shortly later we were contacted and car fixed...only thing on Facebook I ever done
Good luck.

I am dealing now with the International service contact. I emailed her yesterday asking for an update and have not had a reply.

I had bad experience with them too. Actually, Ruger support is very poor.

Great to hear it finally worked out. Take it to Texas or Africa, always open season on something there.

Default The End Hopefully

Hopefully this is the end of the story. Rifle is in my friends hands. The muzzle crown is very different from the original and the gun feels heavier than remembered. Proof will be in the testing.

I hope it works out for your buddy. That's a long time to screw around.
