Pretty much the same as FF, but I don't usually take a spinning rod; and I try to remember to take a tape and a camera.

spec55 has the evil clip on you vest / smack you in the head net listed. the kind murphy loves , you can never reach it when you need it. every branch in the bush grabs it and it never misses your head. hence why I dont carry a net.

Really depends on if my fishing is within 30 minutes of where I parked or further in, but a general list would look like:

Rod
Reel and spare spools w/line
Waders and boots
Vest
Net
Dry fly box
Wet/nymph/chironomid box
Streamer box
Split Shot
Hemostats
Nippers
Gink
Indicators
Tape measure
Tippet
Spare leaders
Pocket knife
Camera
Snacks
Water
Hat
Bear spray
Magnesium fire-starter (particularly in late fall to spring)
