I have a 2012 F150, for parts I usually start looking here first.

If the wiper motor is shot the washers won’t work either as there’s a relay in the motor circuitry that sends power to washer.

It most certainly could be your wiper motor as it does control the washer motor as well

If you have easy access to the wiper motor, you can unplug it, get 2 pins or what I use is rivets and put one in each of the clamps of a battery charger and touch the motor plug pins and see if the wiper motor engages. Easy way to test the motor without taking it out.
This was my fix last year (2012 F-150). My wipers failed by engaging when I didn't want them to. New switch was required.

Wiper motor being replaced tomorrow. $325. $205 for the motor and $120 for one hour of labour.

Guess it wasn’t the motor. It was a broken wire. Fixed and good to go.

Yup. Like I said, no power to the motors. What was the total bill for "diagnosis" and repair by that expert technician?

1 hr service at $120/hr. They couldn’t find the broken wire so they just ran a new one. Also, found the brakes I had put on a month ago by a different shop were put in backwards. I guess that’s what the squealing was.

That actually is pretty fair. You might have actually found a reputable shop to deal with long term. There really are some good shops and good techs, the bitch is finding them among the legion of shysters. Glad it worked out.
