I had a green laser that, and I am not sure how, was turned up in suck a way that it would burn mosquitos across the room, satisfying little tiny smoke trail.
(not as good as this video) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BKm8FolQ7jw

One of those mounted on the a-salt-rifle (lol) might be fun. Time to fire up the 3D printer and design a laser mount!

It's here!

I think it is time for a AO shooting competition.
Keep track of your kps (kills per shot) and distance over fall.

Winner gets something cool to be determined later.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand go!

I picked mine up at Prophet River today. If it warms up and the yellow jackets return, I will test it on them.

Looks like you have a head start. They have them advertised at Uncle Wieners for $50, getting mine this weekend. May have to pile up some horse poop in back yard to catch up.

I cocked and fired it a bunch, it is working again. Couple more dead flies, actually working quite well.

If anyone ever wondered why flies are bad;
(from the bug-a-salt box, good marketing!)

Not very sporting, you need to work on your shot placement so creatures don't needlessly suffer.

I am not sure how people kill wasps with these, maybe they are more fragile than a maple bug?

2" away still took 3 shots

They do sound like fun. I got to get me one of those.
I am expecting my "Not a Flamethrower" any day now. I know right, it's not like musk to be late to deliver. I did buy it in like February... Will be too late for mosquito and wasp eradication but just in time for slash pile ignition.
