Default How to books on Archery??

So I've been rifle hunting for years but want to try Bow hunting. I did some research and bought a PSE Brute X as many seemed to think it was a good bow for getting my feet wet. Now I need to learn as much about shooting/tuning a bow as I can. There are no local bow shops within 300 miles so I will have to read and research. Any good books on the subject?

Not as many books out there for modern bows ...

However most of the same princeables apply to any bows and/or bowhunting...
Some of the better books are from old school authors and bowhunters...
Any thing from Chuck Adams, Larry Wise, Dwight Schuh, M. R. James, Norb Mullaney's, Fred Bear ...all great tech and bow hunting writers to name a few...

Larry Wise my favorite for many years I learnt a lot from him...

go to archerytalk, in general archery forum there is a sticky for "the nuts and bolts of archery" awesome resource, also search the kitchen sink method for tuning, its also written bh "nuts and bolts". I have a few larry wise books and another book on setting up bows and those books pale in comparison to the nuts and bolts of archery, its a pretty big pdf, like 160 pages but well worth the read
