Need a load for .243
I want to load some 62 grain Varmint Gernades but I can't find any information on where to start. Does anyone have a load that I could start with I would like to use Varget.

I have a great load
44.5 grains of IMR4831 was an accurate load for my Remington 700
check out Barnes website for the min and max

I tried the barnes site but it's under construction. Do you think that I could use the same load with Varget?

Put 38 gr of Varget behind the varmint grenade. It works well for me in my rifle and it is no where near max

Thanks Kenworth, I went to buy that edition of Barnes Reloading Manual and was told that the Varment Gernades were not in there yet. Does the manual say anything about using Varget powder.
