I sent one of my scopes in for warranty work a few years ago right after hunting season ended (thinking I might get it back for the next season). I can't remember exactly how long it took to get it back...somewhere around 3 months I think? They shipped it back along with a new pull over scope cover too. They definitely stand behind their lifetime warranty, the scope was almost 20 years old!

Default Burris scopes

I had a 4x12x32 rimfire scope that needed warranty work; about a 6 week turn around... no problems.

Steve West is the best long distance shooter that I know and he uses Burris....to see it live is pretty unbelievable.

Sent one in quite a few years ago with a broken reticle. Never had a warranty card or any kind of proof of purchase to go along with it. Threw it in a box, mailed it, got it back in less than two monthes and they even threw a set of scope covers on it to boot. Seemed like pretty good service to me. If I remember right, I just phoned wholesale for the contact info to Burris, gave them a call and they told me where to send it. Doesn't seem that not having a warranty service depot right here in alberta is really that much of a disadvantage.
