Default looks like going to get more time to scout

well with work being super busy scouting was taken the back seat for awhile that is until the other day I had a rod string slip down the well n caught my hand with a wrench and came dame close to taken my ring finger off n slice open my middle finger so off work for awhile know never want to see insides of my finger again but on plus side going to be doin my door knockin and hiking the couless in hopes I will be healed up befor for season hopefully every one else doesn't have to do this to get in scouting time lol booken some days off seem like such a better idea lol good luck to everyone this fall

Thanks everyone ya supper stoked shes still attached yestersay moring with how sore it was because everytime i rolled over in bed smoked it off head bored so the wife says think shes gtn me back for smart ass comments lol jks thnakful i never wear my weddin ring at work or else pretty sure ring n rest of finger would of been down well

Hope your ready to go when the time comes!!

I'm in a somewhat similar situation. Tore my ACL a few months back, was doing ok with rest and some light leg exercise and then went and reinjured it at work a few weeks ago, and this time the recovery is not going quite so swiftly. Just got off the crutches yesterday. Unfortunately I don't have the time off to go scouting thanks to modified duty. I'm just hoping I'm ready to put boots to the ground come moose season as I pulled my first moose tag ever this year!

Ouch! Awful way to get some much-needed scouting time.

Hope you're on the mend soon! And best of luck finding some productive hunting spots.

thanks for all the replys and get better soon went out yesterday and helped a new hunter site in his rifle wifes first thing she said was don't even try shootin right now she knows me to well cause was hard not to burn some powder while out there but figured better listen or sure ill be regretting it
