The Peace River Local is working to get a 2 day "thinking like a wolf" course put on by Gordy. It's been a couple years since we had one and I'd like to get some more wolf trappers out there. I'll post when we get a date lined up.

I took the course in Cochrane a year or 2 ago. Great course. Some of the best wolf trapping info out there. My hand was cramping up from all the notes I was writing. Great info. Gordy was an excellent instructor. He didn't hide any info. Shared strategies on how to catch the whole pack. Really really good. I will take it again

Yes, I agree great info and he keeps adding to it as he learns more from talking and sharing with other wolfers.
With the Alberta trappers association rendezvous coming up Canada day weekend in High Level. I was wondering who on here will be going?
What other trapping events do you guys attend?
Well I plan on going. the rendezvous are such a good deal and great time. If anyone thinks their the king crap of trapping skinning and setting please sign up for the ultimate trapper competition. Marty was in it last year aND scored pretty high in the standings. Good info tips and bs with some great folks.
