Spent 3 hrs trying, last Thurs. Ice 14 inches, water putrid green, lots and lots of freshwater shrimp came up out of drilled hole, Doesn't look like anyone else has been there this winter. Don't know what to think about the fishery. Not one bite. Would like to see it netted in spring to see if there might be anything in there, too bad was once an excellent local fishing hole... rainbows to 8 lbs
Definitely will go in spring to see if anything is rising.
