Paper Work Holder

I have some paper work to take with me when I go fishing, fishing license, boat license and synopsis. Stuff like that. I would like to keep it together and clean. I have thought of mounting a large clip to the inside of the top lid of my tackle box. should be clean and dry there.

What do you guys use?

If you fly fish, a leader bag, but usually a ziplock bag works pretty good, you can double it up just to be on the safe side!
