Bet he tries to sue the dog for excessive force.

He probably didn't figure that when they said they'd send the dog in that the dog was gonna drag him out kicking and screaming as well

I bet theres barely a mark on him! Dog is likely trained not to inflict harm, just get the perp and bring him out to the team!
