Elk Hunting Fox River/Valleyview Area

Hey, just wondering if anyone has been Elk hunting in the Fox Creek or Valleyview area? We have been up here since Aug 31, seen a few Elk but haven't heard any bugles, nor do the Elk seem to be coming to the calls?! Just wondering if anyone else had heard bugling or had them responding to calling?

I am hunting the same area. The bulls are quiet but are coming in quietly to cow calls at
Although I did call in two small bulls last night. Will get stronger every day for nex two weeks.

6th for me, headed SW of Valleyview, in on the Simonette.

Hopefully it ramps up because it was certainly quiet on the 25th...

Wasn't a lot of sign either just yet, still not 100% if I want to go back...
