Trapping central style
I've fled my northern haunts to come down and experience trapping from a different perspective. I purchased a couple days on the line with Gary Goberson at the ATA rendevouzs that Gary generously donated. As long as he takes it easy on me it should be a blast. Sounds like we'll be doing some ratting and chasing coyotes.
P.S by the stack of put-up rats I just saw in his mack daddy trapping "shed" Gary is a rat master.
I'll keep you posted.

Enjoy yourself down there. Hopefully things will be frozen again by the time you get back up here. What a mess out there today

He's working me hard Tork! seven coyotes and 18 rats today. Gary is a lot of fun but serious about the business of trapping. i make it a $650 day minimum. Can't make money at trapping? hmmm not so sure.

Gary must be loosing his touch, as he normanly catches a bit more then that, the last time I spoke with him, he had caught 130 muskrats and a handful of coyotes that day, it takes a good trapper to keep the pace of Gary on the line,...$9.00 rats and $65.00 coyotes, its paying for the gas. Have fun Brian.
