Default Family Day = Fishing Day!

Took the family out to the Narrows at Slave for family day. A bunch of troopers to get up before 5, pile in the truck, and be on the lake by 9!

Fishing was a bit slow. Lots coming in to check the baits out but not committing. That said, we all caught fish and had a great time. Ice deep enough for my Strikemaster motor to almost touch the ice when drilling. The trail to the narrows was getting pretty beat up. We went on with quads. Jaw jacket did the best out of all of us.

That looks like a great day the smiles say it all. looks like you were using jigging raps and jig heads. I am heading up on Friday any recommendations on lures.

Actually had the best results on rattlin raps and jig heads with a small willow blade and minnow. Jigging raps got their interest but wouldn't close the deal.
