For jacketed bullets try;
2400
296
H110
H or IMR 4227

For cast bullets try;
Unique
Universal Clays
800x

Agreed. I tend to favor Win296 as I find 4227 dirty and 2400 hard to find. H110 is the same powder as 296. Don't shoot cast so nothing to add.

Default 44 special dies

Thanks for all your guys's help. I bought the 44 special dies and they worked good for depriming and sizing but when i went to seat the bullet and the casing wont go all the way into the die. Any ideas why. I had to leave for work before i could do and further digging into it. TIA
