Default perch eggs anyone?

i went fishing with my oldest son last weekend and while we were jigging for lakers he mentioned he would really like a feed of perch eggs, i thought, "how come we never eat those any more?" well, for one thing we don't seem to catch many perch anymore.
years age we'd keep a couple dozen eggs and carefully split them and open them up roll them in seasoned flour and fry them crispy. they are way beyond good! very mild flavor and just plain good!
do yourself a favor and try it you'll be surprized.

Kept my perch eggs last week, fried them up the same as I would with my fish. It was different, but I would do it again. Similar to eating a sausage. Ha!

DO you catch whites in the fall or summer?
I have never seen any with eggs mainly because I catch them in the winter and they spawn late fall.
