Well the winning fish was caught shortly after the start of the derby on Friday at 27.55 pounds. At 10:30 AM friday one of my friends took in a almost 20 pounder and it was not even good for 5th place which was just over 20 pounds.

Me and the wife caught some baby pike (27" - 30") on thursday, friday, but saturday, and sunday fishing was very slow. Most the winning fish came from the north end of the lake, and the winning fish i was told came from between the inlet, and the pump house.

I was out there all weekend and agree it was slow sat sun but we had a good day friday guy in group caught the winning fish and also a 20lber and I got a 21.3 lber.
