Family fishing

OK.. So this is what I was thinking for a summer trip.
I would like to take my wife and 2 kids (7 and 8) on a drive in fishing trip. I wouldn't even mind going all the way to the NWT or Yukon. Alberta is good as well. Yukon would be cool.
Any suggestions. Remember it would be nice to do more than just fish for 5 days. Quad rentals, swimming.. You know what I am talking about. It doesn't have to be full service, but that would hurt. If its in Alberta, I wouldn't mind taking my own quads.

Any ideas?
