Hey all - looking to try out a different lake to take a few kids out fishing to. Typically, we go to chain lakes, looking for something maybe a touch closer in case the weather doesn't hold for the weekend.
There is mitford pond in Cochrane, also Dewitts pond just west of Airdrie. Sibbald lake is just west of the city and also Winchell lake up by Water Valley. Or also Dickson trout pond by innisfail.
