Hello everyone. I have a friend that has been looking for the year 2000 if someone still has theirs. He is putting a collection of the colored bird permits together for his grandson. It is a gift for his grandson but he is missing the year 2000. He doesn’t know I am doing this and it would be a great surprise if I could find him one.
