Can I Glean Some 438 Cadomin Sheep Hunting Info from anyone?

We just found out that my Wife got drawn for the last week of the 438 Cadomin sheep tag. We were a little late to the game on getting our tags this year and I wish I had found out sooner.

I am planning on taking some time off work before to do some scouting and exploring so that she at least has a chance. If anyone who has hunted there before could pass along any info or advice I would really appreciate it.

I am an avid sheep hunter so I hate even asking for advice but if anyone can shoot me a private message I would be truly appreciative.

I haven’t been there, but have heard lots of stories. Being an avid sheep hunter you will be well aware of the common things, make sure it’s legal blah blah blah. One thing I am well aware of with Cadomin is to ensure you know exactly where you are and where is off limits. Would be heartbreaking to harvest a ram that is legal, but in an off limits area.

Best of luck with this. I have heard there are some real crankers in there late season. Can be a tough hunt depending on weather.

Guides you could try would be Jonas guinn, scott Carter, Landon Collins
Highly doubt any of them would be cheap and potentially not even available due to their being 3 ministers tags available this year

Apos put in a new bylaw regarding guiding resident sheep hunters in other peoples zones. Not sure if that would apply to a draw like this. But it could make hiring a guide an issue
