Wholesale sports is selling white camo shells (jackets and coveralls)...I bought two, one in XL to go over my light jacket and one XXL for my heavier jacket. Great price too.

Painter's Suit from Canadian tire works good for the short term as they aren't very durable or just hit the goodwill stores, usually after a few trips you can find some white pants and shirts, usually old scrubs, but they get the job done.

Don't know if you can still do this but I used to get old white smocks from my local butcher shop.

I found the cheep parachute fabric surplus stuff to work great. For pants i bought 4xl and use the drawstring to keep em up. The extra baggy profile breaks up outline and easily slips over all other clothing.
