Default Differences between nocks?

Ok I will keep this question simple.
What is the difference between Super nocks, X nocks, or even H & G's?

I use carbon 400s. Will these nocks work in all Easton or Beaman 400's
Or for even that matter 340s & 500s?

Super nock

X nock

H nock

G nock

The super nocks will work for you the other ones you need a unibushing to make them fit your arrows .

hope this helps

Ever since I started shooting carbon arrows, I have used Super nocks.
The other day when I went buy some Lumenocks the question popped in my head.

Whats the advantage of using a bushing and a nock?

Not quite Trav, each of the nocks is meant for a different diameter shaft. The H nocks for instance fit directly into some of the shafts PLUS will replace the G-nock & unibushing on the ACC 3-49. The super nock will fit directly into most carbon shafts except some of the newer & narrower shafts. The super nock was originally made to fit the aluminum Super Slam shafts and later expanded to carbon arrows. As an aside, the H & G nocks throats are the same thickness and I have mixed & matched them up @ 20 yds and seen no difference in impact at that range with 3-49 ACC's. I would expect to see a difference at longer distances since the H nock is about 10 grains lighter resulting in a slightly fast arrow with a wee bit more foc.

Hi Russ
Thanks for the added info.
Any insight on the X-nock?

Rocky, I have no experience with X nocks, I think they're for the Axis FMJ's though.
