Hunting with a friend

It's probably been ask before, but if I have a friend and wants to tag along for the hunt and help me out to skin and cut up the game, would that be ok?

Note: He doesn't have a Win or Hunting License, just in it for the experience.

Just want to make sure its ok, if not, I rather not waste my time taking him.
