Default Hunt Setup Advise

So I have my eye on a deer. I have seen it multiple times now and just waiting for the zone to open. I'm looking for advise on how I should approach this hunt and where to set up. Any help is appreciated. Winds are normally out of the west/northwest. I have included my drawing of the area. If your color blind you will probably not be able to see it very well.

Also should i put up some sent anywhere?

In my opinion, I'd set up right in the cross section of the crown lands and your permission quarters where the game trails spread out from the bedding area. You're close to the water (if it's still not frozen come Nov.1) that he'll perhaps come to. Assuming he's feeding and tending does in the local fields, the game trail areas will be best for rattling. He'll be cruising and checking his scrapes and territory.

With the wind coming from the west/northwest your wind will be blown into the creek area behind you.

My 2 cents for what's it's worth.
